Overview

If you’re looking for a quick update on TB, TB control, HIV and HIV control, this 8-day short course will deliver.

This course acts as a refresher for the core principles of TB and HIV epidemiology and control. All content is up-to-date and relevant, with updates every six months to reflect new developments in approaches, strategies, tests, and treatments. You’ll get the latest information on clinical syndromes and their management, as well as the use of antiretrovirals and programming for prevention and treatment.

As part of the three-month Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, the content of this short course is focused on practice in developing countries.

The course is delivered over two weeks with no teaching on Wednesdays.
