Check details and dates
Check your specific course page for up-to-date entry requirements, application dates and availability.
Applications are usually open until one week before the course start date, with the exception of international applications for campus-based master’s courses which close in mid-July.
Apply as early as possible, so you have enough time to sort out finances, travel and accommodation. Early application is essential if you are applying for a scholarship. If you’re an international student, apply at least four months before the course start date to secure your visa.
Prepare supporting documents
You will need:
- A copy of your passport or official identification.
- A copy of your degree certificate and academic transcripts. If you are still studying, please provide a transcript of your grades so far.
- Evidence of English language level (for international students).
- Personal statement or answers to personal statement questions.
- Contact details for two professional referees.
Please do not send documents in the post. Scan and upload copies to MyLSTM.
Submit your application
Once you have completed the application form and uploaded your supporting documents, submit your application online through MyLSTM.
If you are experiencing problems using MyLSTM, email us.
What happens next?
Once your application is submitted, you can track its progress online through MyLSTM. This will be updated as soon as a decision is made. You can view and accept offers though MyLSTM.
If you have received a conditional offer, you will need to provide your degree certificate and academic transcript when you have your results. You might also need to pay a tuition fee deposit to secure your place.
As soon as you get your offer you should start making plans for finances, travel and accommodation. If you’re an international student, make sure your Student visa is finalised before the course start date.
We will send you an email with instructions about arriving and registering at LSTM.
